I keep getting bombarded with emails, alerts, and sales. This is constant and confusing! So constant that I forgot what I had, what I needed, and what I was actually using. So, I made a spreadsheet of my subscriptions. I have multiple subscriptions for AVG Internet Security, AVG AntiTrack, and AVG TuneUp. And, because you have my credit card information, I'm paying for all of them!
I feel like cancelling them all and starting over with another company that doesn't always have their hand in my pocket.
Also, it is incredibly frustrating to have to write in this forum rather than having the option to speak to a human. For the amount of money I am paying, I believe I deserve live customer service.
I need to get to the bottom of this. Please, someone, contact me.
