Sorry our servers arent responding now

Trying to install a 2-year AVG Ultimate licence as our current AVG licence will expire soon.  However I can't activate the new licence as AVG keeps on responding: 'Sorry our servers arent responding now. Please try again later.'  I've tried multiple times and have also reinstalled the new licence.  What's going wrong here and how do I resolve it?

Bought a digital download of AVG Ultimate but when trying to activate it all i get is sorry our servers arent responding now. 

How do i fix this?

However, upon checking your account, we're unable to find any subscriptions. It might be registered under your alternate/old email address.
