There is only one audio extension that is "Checker Plus for Gmail". Except this, there is no add-on built into AVG secure browser.

is there a way to get a sound alert for new gmail with avg browser? Chrome has an add on.

Gmail Audio Alerts in Chrome store. There are other Adonis too. I’m wondering how to get alerts for gmail in avg browser.

The one I’ve got is called gmail audio alerts by Arlo.is but there are others.
