We'll certainly look into this. Please uninstall and re install AVG Anti Spam feature once to verify the issue.
Open AVG Internet Security, click Menu > Settings > Components > AntiSpam, and click uninstall.
Hello. Up until January 27th 2019, all email marked as SPAM was routed to my "Junk E-mail" folder in my Outlook for Office 365 application. Since some update of either AVG or Outlook for Office 365 on 27th January, now all email marked as SPAM is being delivered to my regular "inbox". I have tried uninstalling and re-installing the AVG Anti-Spam component. I have checked that in the AVG Anti-Spam component that the Outlook settings are set to move Spam to the junk folder. I have checked the add-ins of Outlook and the AVG Antivirus Add-in is active but there is no add-in for Anti-Spam. According to AVG there is now no Anti-spam add-9n for Outlook. So what should I check next? It used to work fine until 27th January, and now the 40-50 spam emails every day ending up in my inbox are driving me crazy!!

Martin, we are glad that you found a solution.
AVG add-in was removed in the previous version and reinstated in the latest version.
This recent update might have caused this issue.

Thanks. I think I found the answer. The AVG Anti-virus add-on was innactive. I had found that and made it active again using the COM options in Outlook Options. But that hadn't worked, so then I uninstalled and reinstalled the anti-spam feature of AVG. And that didn't work. But then I found that the AVG Anti-virus was inactive again. Making this active again has solved teh problem. But it seems that tehupdate to AVG switched teh antivirus add-in from Active to Inactive. And uninstalling the anti-spam and reinstalling it also change the Anti virus add-in from Active to Inactive. So each time there is an update to AVG I'm going to check teh status of the anti virus add-in. Let's hope it's not an ongoing issue. Thanks.
