Spam Emails with Norton in the Subject Title

I have recently started to receive up to 7-8 email a day from various senders with Norton in the subject line.

The senders are constantly changing the sender to evade blocking the emails.

Is there any way to block these emails by focusing on the content title. i.e."Norton"
