Thanks, Akash. Yes, I've been running Anti-Spam for quite some time now. My question concerns the ONLY email address that somehow manages to get around the AVG algorithm. It seems the sender has found a way around spam blockers. I would like to report this to AVG too, but how do I do that?
Thank you for explaining your concern.
If you are getting numerous email from a particular sender then you can add it to blacklist option present in AVG Anti-spam feature.
Open AVG Internet Security dashboard, click on "Menu–>Settings–>Components"
Click on "customize" of Anti-spam component.
Select blacklist and add the email address of the spam email that you received.
Keep us informed about the status.
