Soms ontvank ik, net al zovelen, een spam mail. Meestal detecteerd AVG dit en plaatst de mail in SPAM folder met een nieuwe titel. Echter niet alle spam mail wordt afgevangen door AVG. Is er een methode om AVG te laten leren van de emails die bij mij gemist worden in de SPAM detectie zodat de volgende keer deze mail wel herkend wordt als SPAM?

Thank you for explaining your issue with AVG in English, Richard.
I certainly understand your query. The emails that aren't detected as spam by AVG can be blacklisted manually so that you won't receive emails from those sender's. Please follow the below mentioned instructions to add the sender to the blacklist of AVG anti spam:
1) Open AVG program
2) At the top right corner please click on Options and select Advanced Settings
3) In the left panel please click on + symbol of Email Scanner and in that click on Anti-spam option

Receive spam mail
Sometimes I get, like so many others, a spam mail. Usually AVG detects this and puts the mail in the SPAM folder with a new title. However, not all spam mail is caught by AVG. Is there a method to make AVG learn of the emails that are missed by me in the SPAM detection so that the next time the mail is recognized as SPAM?

Sure i can try to use the english language. Excuses for misspelled words and or wrong sentences.
Sometime I receive, just like many others, a spam email. Mostly AVG will detect this and moves this email to the folder with the name SPAM en the titel of the mail will be alterred. So far so good. Unfortunately not all spam email is detected bij AVG. Is there a method to make AVG aware of this missed spam email so AVG can learn eand captures this SPAM email the next time automatically?
