I have notifications coming up on AVG that I have some kind of virus called Themm and also malware on my computer.
The system advises me this has been removed to quarantine but when I check its not there. The system also indicates I should resolve this by clicking Resolve but when I do it is not removed.
Any answers guys? Thanks.

However, we need to identify the component that is producing the pop up or blocking these items on your computer. Hence, our colleague has requested for the screenshot. The pop up from AVG will have the option 'See details' in it, which would let us know about the component.
In this regard, if you receive the pop up next time, please click on 'See details' & then share us the snapshot of it through your mobile/camera.

Hi Balasubramanian, unfortunately I cant paste the screenshot as I lost it (through trying to do 10 things a once) anyway apologies for that.
What I can tell you is that on the screenshot there were 3 items listed.
The first was i think was noted as Windows 32 gen malware and at the end of the line it was on it stated it was moved to Quarantine but when I checked it wasnt there.
The next two items were listed as Themm and at the end of each subject line it prompted Resolve and when I clicked same nothing happened.
