I need to speak to a person about my subscription renewal. I have the phone number for technical support (excellent service), but not for subscriptions. The number they gave me was invalid.

For about 2 months I have been receiving pop ups inviting me to renew my subscription early and save up to £86. PAY NOW. The "renewal" is for one device for one year Ultimate, Ultimate VIP, or 2 years Ultimate VIP. My current Ultimate subscription is for 10 devices and valid until 24 Dec 2023. The pop up smells very fishy - wrong subscription, too early to renew, £86 saving as bait, pay now.
Is it genuine AVG? I am surprised AVG do not have a security number for reporting such concerns.
