Whenever I try to play Words with Friends on Facebook, my computer is diverted to a "Spectrum Customer Give-away." I have run a virus scan and nothing is found. How do I stop this!

I go to Facebook on my laptop when I am using Google Chrome. I will try to access it another way. Thank you.

Alright, Gayla. Would you be so kind to clarify whether you access facebook through browser or app?
If it is through browser, please try accessing it in a different browser & check if it allows you to play the game with your friends without any redirect.
