2) For "Are you currently using any paid/trial AVG products?" question, click on "Yes".
3) Please select operating system as "Android" and fill in other requested details.

I have AVG Pro and have been unable to conduct a successful Speed test on my mobile for over a week. It continues to say "Speed Test Failed" with a frowning face. This hasn't happened before. I have been able to conduct one via my ISP app.
