Spy Hunter - Is there a need for installation?

Sor, If your Spy Hunter has real-time protection this can be an issue since it could conflict with AVG. For additional malware scanning you can use Malwarebytes Free version (https://www.malwarebytes.org/antimalware/).

I have this malwarebytes (free version) in another PC. Once the WinZip Malware Protector (paid version) has expired in my laptop, I will use this free version.
Could you tell the difference between Spy Hunter and anti-malwarebytes (free version)? Will the latter be able to detect and remove spy?
Any difference between spy and malware?
Can we trust the free version? We generally think that the paid version performs a much better job in removing threats.
Thanks.

Dear,
Currently, I have AVG Internet Security 2015 & Spy Hunter in my computer. There is a half-yearly renewal charge for the latter application. I would like to know if there is a need to install Spy Hunter as I have AVG Internet Security 2015 in my computer. I ask this question because I know that AVG Internet Security is more capable in attacking viruses than in detecting spy. Also, Spy Hunter is a specialized software application that performs a better job in detecting and removing spy. What is the alternative protection if I terminate Spy Hunter if I terminate this application upon its expiry date?
Thank you.

Sor, Have a look @ this article (http://avgclick.me/ConflictingApps). Malwarebytes (paid for version) conflicts with AVG. With using Malwarebytes (free version) on another PC you'll be aware that it doesn't feature real-time protection therefore to scan you have to carry out a separate operation.
