Where woud be the exact file location? and No, I'm not able to detect 'Spynion' by manual search. My mac is also upgraded to latest version and I've taken the deep scan again, it's still there. Can you atleast tell me if it's really a threat or not?

Avg is not able to resolve these malwares and I can't find much info about them online. how harmful are they? Is it a false report? Please help immediately cause they went pass through MalwareBytes.

Thank you for providing the screenshot, Srishti.

It seems that the detection file is not present on your device or it has been moved to any other location. Have you checked if the files are moved to the desired location? Please restart your computer and scan your device with AVG to check the status.

Yes, I've deleted this 'private' file but it keeps reappearing so they were detected again but however as you told this private file is used as temp. storage, is it due to that? What am I suppose to do?

So it might be possible, they might not be even present on my system? Also, Have I checked if the files are moved to desired location? Can you please explain that.

Hello Srishti,

It's not a program but name of the detection, detected files including their location are in the "grey" text. Are the same files detected again or were they detected only once? The location they are in is used as cache (temporary storage) of apps and OS.
