Simon
As far as I know, and your version / model in the list of pre-installed this SuperFish, by company Lenovo (Yoga)
It is advisable to remove it. if you can not do this personally. then I recommend you to install Automatic Removal tool, from the official site. and run it. this tool will remove automatically SuperFish. procedure after restart device. (Make sure it is removed successfully)
It is advisable to remove it. Because it is an open vulnerability, which can benefit hacker to steal personal information in the system man-in-the-middle
Also set these parameters of your AVG

Thanks
An artilce in the New York Times says that Lenova is inserting spyware, or adware, into their computers. The software can track customers' every move, intercept secure Web sessions, and render their computers vulnarable to hackers. It sends results back to Superfish. Apparently Microsoft began rooting out Superfish with its Windows Defender anti-virus program. My question is AVG doing the same. Do I have protection from this? I have a Lenova Yoga bought this year.
