Hi Georgina,
For help on your issue please try open AVG and click "Options" -> "Advanced Settings" -> "Web Browsing Protection" -> "Online Shield" -> "Expert Settings" uncheck "Scan encrypted (TLS and SSL) network traffic" option
Thanks
I have recently been unable to log into my online bank account. The error message states:
Client & Server don't support common SSL protocol version or cipher suite. This is usually caused when the server needs SSL version 3 support which has been removed.
I see from discussion that the 2015 version of AVG could be the root of this problem.
Is there a solution? If not, then I'll have to discontinue using AVG. I've been a loyal customer since 2012. Too bad if I have to use different Virus software.
Help… this is quite critical.
