Start of a program is blocked by AVG Internet Security

First, we need to find our which component in AVG Internet Security blocking the access of program. So, try to disable AVG components one by one and check the status. 

Temporarily disabling AVG AntiVirus protection

Hello,
Two weeks ago, I installed AVG Internet Security Ultimate on two Win10 and one Win 11 PC.
I recognize a problem with the program DVD Shrink.
DVD Shrink run on all PCs over years without any problem. But after the installation AVG Internet Security in can’t be started, without any error information.
reinstallation of DVD Shrink didn’t help.
What can I do?
