Usually orders placed via Wire Transfer will take 8 business days to get processed.
We see that you've placed the order on 11/27/19. Would you be so kind to let us know if you've followed the bank transfer instructions that was sent to you via email?
If so, share us the screenshot of the proof of payment to investigate further. It isn't recommended to share the proof of payment over this post.
