Hello Doren,
We are here to help you. Please open AVG PC TuneUp > click on "Go to Zen" button > and look for connect button. You might see your email address instead of connect button, if you have already activated AVG TuneUp program.
If the issue still persist, please share a screenshot of the AVG TuneUp user interface to proceed further.

I just purchased TUNE UP.  Says to start, open AVG and click Connect.  I can't find CONNECT. please help
