I have a desktop PC with Windows XP OS and AVG Ultimate, it was running fine until I decided to add Hacker Protection, I forgot I already had Zone Alarm installed and it may be a conflict but now the PC is stuck in a startup loop and will not boot.
I made an AVG rescue disk on USB but it doesn't want to boot up
