Hello , I was recently on facebook on my other computer when it started acting up then shut down , I resarted it but all I get now is the screen looking like pacman or something . I am assuming it is a virus but how can this be if Im protected and if so how do I fix it if I cant get it to start . I will just mention that I am 69 and know next to nothing about computers , Derek .
