Surprised there isn't more posts on this, also having the same issue, PAID version, stuck on fixing, restarted computer, now been stuck on fixing for 48 minutes. Restarted computer once more and still stuck on fixing. Fixes everything and gets stuck on Startup.

Tried the free one-time fix using PC Tuneup. All other sections completed but it has been stuck for over 45 minutes on "Startup & Shutdown".

Seems like the same problem as this unresolved post:

Finally cancelled operation and rebooted PC. After trying again the Startup & Shutdown section did complete quickly. Does not inspire confidence in your product.
