Hello Richard,

We have cancelled the auto renewal status of your active subscriptions and initiated refund for the recent transactions. The money will  be credited within 5 to 7 business days. Confirmation email regarding the same has been sent to your registered email address.

I have not used AVG product, I use and prefer McAfee.
I wish I could get a refund because I have never used it.
Todays date is December 22, 2018.
Please make sure no further charges are applied to my account.
