We're experiencing continuous problems connecting to Steam servers (online gaming platform) and specifically Team Fortress 2 servers. The internet falls out or drops to limited immediately as the Steam platform is launched. Could this have any relation to AVG Antivirus or AVG PC Tuneup, which are the two products we have installed? The computer is a new gamer computer running on Windows 8.1.
