I am sorry to hear about this. Please reactivate your AVG TuneUp unlimited as per the steps mentioned below:
1. Please open AVG dashboard and click on your email address at top right corner.
2. Then select 'Leave this network' option and confirm it by clicking on 'Leave' button.
3. Click Connect at the top-right of the screen, then click Log into an existing account.
4. Type your email address and the password you created for your AVG My Account during the purchase, then click Log In.
After connecting the AVG management console to your AVG My Account, any subscriptions registered to your email address are automatically activated on your current PC.

I have the same problem after renewing the TuneUp unlimited.
I renewed the subscription and AVG zen shows my tuneup is free (experid one).
I made as described above, reinstalled, nothing.
I have been using Tuneup many years without problems.
Why is AVG performance still asking me to buy the product when I've already paid? It's not doing the full scan because to clean my machine it's asking me to buy the product.
