Thank you for the £44.00 refund, as shown below, and which is properly credited to my September Credit Card account. However, on that same statement, two days later, I note that you have been paid £58.99. The refund was due to my having ceased my AVG account so that £58.99 should not have been taken. Will you kindly deal with this and refund £58.99 ASAP?
