Still blocking Outlook

AVG is still blocking all email coming or going in Outlook 2010. It started with the Aug. 19, 2022 update.
I posted here a week ago and haven't had any response since sending logs and diagnostic data on the 12th.
I can't even find my original post here,
it would appear that AVG doesn't want to acknowledge the problem but I'm getting pretty fed up with the lack of help.
