Still can't create restore point after AVG update was done

Hello Phillip, I apologize for the inconvenience caused. Please delete the recent update and try to run System restore. Please follow the instruction to delete recent update.
1) Open AVG.
2) Click on "Options" at the top right corner and click "Advanced Settings".
3) Click "+" near "Update"
4) Click "Manage" and click "Delete temporary update files".

I get  "error (on property page) .Please try to run a System Restore again (0481000203).

I tried a suggestion to open control panel and click rhe classic view in the tasks pane … ??

and then double click adminsistrative tools, double click services, look for MS shadow copy provider and double click it.etc… that I could never get to.

I would appreciate any help that I can get.  :>)
