Hi Jessica,
Unfortunately deleting from web interface doesn't disable Sim lock.
It is necessary to disable it in AVG program installed in phone.

hi…  im using anti theft apps, after one insident which is my friend accedently change my sims and my device was lock, i delete my register device at my account remote manager, after unlocking my device.
the problem is, after deleting my reg device at my account remote manager… my device still lock when i change my sim… i really need help… pls reply as soon as possible, tq

Jessica, You can unlock phone using web interface (https://www.avgmobilation.com/). Please make sure your phone is connected to internet (wifi since new sim is not working).
