I have checked my programs etc., and looked for the installation, tho I do have protection for a few days yet, nothing shows, and no NEW icon, the old one for 2014 is still there. As the info states to install over the old one, I did not remove anything, and just clicked activate as stated. Now, concerned, as to whether or not I should uninstall and redo? Previously someone from this site installed it for me, and there were no problems, this year have to pay 20 dollars for this, would have hoped installation would be free, after all, but…I will check again tomorrow and see what shows, would appreciate some info as to what to do if nothing to see?
thank you so much for your time, have no trouble with the program, WHEN installed properly, but I goofed again I guess.
