Still no refund

My original request on 12-14-16 was for a refund of $59.99 which was billed on my credit card by AVG despite the fact that I cancelled my subscription 6 months earlier in April 2016!!! ( I have the e-mail from AVG dated 4-25-16 confirming cancellation). As per the answer from AVG on 12-14-16, I dutifully filled in a request for refund form online. The response I got was another confirmation that my subscription was cancelled – !!! NOTHING ABOUT A REFUND.  You have already checked my account and confirmed TWICE that I do not have an active subscription, and that I was billed in error.  PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY!
