Still not addressing performance issues when I scan!

From your description, we're uncertain whether the scan gets stuck while checking the performance issues or the program prompts you to purchase AVG TuneUp.
Would you be so kind to clarify it for us? You can also share us the screenshot of the scan progress (if possible) for better clarity.
