Still telling that tune up expires after buying licence

Thank you for following the steps provided and providing the screenshot to explain the situation.
I see that it shows as PC TuneUp free on AVG main user interface.
In this case, I request you to get our additional support help for activating TuneUp subscription.
An email instruction has been sent on how to get connected with them.
If the email is not found in inbox do check in spam and junk folders.

my avg pc tune up , i payed for a year, is still telling me that in 14 days my trial will expires.i installed it several times, but still i get this warning.
