I received a mail in which was announced that my contract was extended until 17 sept 2021 (period of 2 years), and if I want to stop I would have to send a mail before start date and ask repayment.
Which I did a few days ago (so, certainly before start date 17 sep ‘19)
Although, I received a confirmation that my contract is annulated, I notice that it will be on 17 sep 2021 and my payment is nog refunded.
Can you do rectify this asap?!
