To ALL AVG Developers, Sales Teams - I've been an AVG user for a long time now and it seems to have done the job for me but off late you guys have started to get SUPER ANNOYING.

I keep getting popups asking me to pre-pay and purchase a license even when it's not due to renewal. The painful part is that you aren't offering me a better deal, so why in the name of god will i spend more than what i used to.

Also, you need to stop annoying customers with these popups. You also need to understand that once a customer has clicked on the close button they don't intend to see the irritating ad again. So get your developers + sales teams to speak with each other and get them to understand how this might need to work.

Overall if you try and squeeze more from your customers, keep annoying them with painful ads about getting them to spend more money for no additional value you will only alienate them. There are tons of AV products out there so it won't take a lot to change.

Please make these annoying ads go away. If you have a better offer (than what i pay for annually) write to me and let me know, stop throwing up popups on all my machines forcing to me to spend more money than i already am.

Get your act together please!!!

Cheers,
Trevor

Sreenu - I have 5 computers around the house. Could you please clarify if this setting once implemented on one machine will work across all machines in the house?

Am hoping your software doesn't expect me to re-configure each machine around the house?

Cheers,
Trevor

We appreciate your effort, Trevor.
We request you to change the settings on all 5 computers.
Thank you for understanding in advance.

Hi Sreenu - I did provide a link to the ad on the previous post but it didn't seem to have come through. Try this URL out - https://ibb.co/58MnR23

Frankly, i don't want to see any more ads… PERIOD!!!

f your guys have a better offer they can send me an email with the details and i will take a look. I will definitely consider any good offers but constantly pushing popups on all of my machines at home pushing me to renew my plan when it isn't up for renewal is just going too far. Trying to constantly offer me a deal that isn't any better than what i already am paying for serves only to make you rich while not adding any value to the customer.

Your development + sales teams need to get their act together. I just want to be left alone and not be annoyed but these painful popups trying to sell me software i don't really need. As i mentioned before, the software needs to do its job and be an Anti Virus…your customers are not paying you to get told to spend more $$$$ and buy addons that are useless, adds no value.

Cheers,
Trevor
