This popup should not appear at first place after all. I should not click on decline so that it would go away.

It is strange for us too that you are receiving the pop ups even after setting the frequency to never. We also have few other customers with this scenario (but different pop ups) and all those feedback was escalated to the concern team. We hope there will be a fix for this in the coming updates of AVG. Appreciate your understanding, thank you.
So there is no fixed for this now right? avg needs to differentiate from a paid customer and a free customer. If you customers are willing to pay, then they are not willing to accept your advertisement crap.

We apologize to hear about the inconvenience caused. Please note that the pop up you are receiving is not a campaign from AVG but it is from an already installed AVG Web Tuneup or AVG Secure search. Are you receiving the pop up even after clicking on Decline?
