Stop scanning for issues resolved for products I have not purchased

That was the crappiest reply I have ever received. Let me talk to someone else. Do not reply to me again. Escalate without replying yourself.

I was very nice for how much your product pissed me off. Until I got your reply.

To be so bold as to suggest I purchase what I do not want means to me you do not belong in customer support. From above: "If you would like to purchase these products you can click on the pop-up and purchase the program."

As far as your instructions referenced, there is no decisive instructions to turn off in the Offers section. Was that the intent? (Someone else reply.)

I unchecked the two offers boxes. Here is your product pusher after turning off the offers:

NOTE: I cannot paste pictures in my reply. What I had to delete here is the fact that the program still did the performance scan.

I’m calling BS on your instructions. How do I turn off offers for your other products? For example do not scan for performance issues.

I unchecked all four boxes as per the instructions. Her is your hostile product pissing me off AGAIN.
I equate your product with a corner drug pusher.

I asked and paid for for Anti-Virus. I understand it is important to your company to advertise other products. If I don't opt to purchase an item suggested then offer me an option to stop scanning for said un-subscribed component. At the minimum, offer me a checkbox for each item to stop scanning for it. I obviously know you offer it. 

Is there an option for this now I missed?

Since you only have the AVG Internet Security, kindly Sign Out from the application and login again.
AVG >> Menu >> My Subscription
By doing so you account will be re-synced with the application and the Performance Issue scan will removed automatically.
