Wow a fast reply… Erm thank you? But as everyone can see more links to a dead end result! Really?? Old chip, new chip, reset password, wifi on, new pin ALL DOES NOT WORK! I even have avg on my Facebook! Use to be a fan… Not no more!! I am paying for a contract service from 02 that comes with a phone that avg had blocked me from using! Frustrating? No it's stressful, annoying and getting emotional, past the frustration side!!!

log in to anti theft and tap unlock or pin?
Tried that and no such unlock command but lock or pin. So I try them both… I get a please wait message it can take up to 4 mins. 5 mins later it comes up failed. Wifi is on and it's a contract chip with data. ???
no live support, just fake apologies and repeated commands on how to wind up people and customers! THANKS AVG been very stressful making my medical condiontipn even harder to deal with
So you are now basically saying, you can't help me, my new phone is blocked with your anti theft app, programme, software! That your company charges for, that I happend to get for free as a gift from Sony. So now I have no phone and need to find the money to buy a new one! Not worth it!! But now you want me to leave feedback? No online help, no phone call, no support but information that does NOT work! Links to websites that I have read over and over again! But yet you try show sympheny and pretend you understand my frustration by asking for feedback? When all I want is my phone back ;(
