We have checked our record, you do not have any paid AVG subscription or trial AVG subscription under your account. Also, we did not find any previous contact with our remote team. Once the remote connection end, we do not have control on that PC. 

Could you please confirm which AVG products have you installed as trial? How do you confirm that AVG support accessed your PC remotely? Keep us updated. Thank you.

I have called, you had no concern for my issue. BTW - I was in an IRS audit. Thijs could not had come at a worse time. Then said, I could have 30 minutes free. I just bought it, It has not worked right since install but, sure. I gave someone access to my pc, they moved the mouse 2x in 30 minutes and wanted to sell me time. It took me a few days to find out that YOU were still connected and interfering with my pc when I was on line and later when I was shutting down my pc, I had to force shut down. I am disconnected from my printer, nor can any amount of reinstalls are going to help. , i cannot count on my pc because when AVG runs, you lock up my pc or randomize my location to being out of the US. US companies won't do business with me if my ip is out of the country… . Additionally, I looked at my paypal account today and WOW, you take a lot of money out of my account. I have now checked my accounts here, no payment history, no subscription history and no apps can you find. So, I can not cancel you on your side. Please consider this my request to cancel and close my account immediately. Please advise when this is completed. I am expecting a response. Thank you AMJ
