We are here to help. Popups can be either campaign or expiry popups. Expiry popups occur when you have installed an expired program in your computer. Please open the control panel -> program list and check if you have installed AVG PC Tuneup. If so please uninstall it to get rid of those popups. If you are encountering popups regarding AVG PC Tuneup in AVG Free Antivirus window, then please be informed that those are campaign popups and they can be removed only after upgrading to paid version of AVG.
