Stopping Automatic Renewal for AVG TuneUp Free Trial

Hi Tanner.
We'd like to inform that automatic renewal of AVG TuneUp - Unlimited (60 day trial) has been canceled and you will not be charged. However, you can continue using the trial until it expires.

I installed the free thirty day trial for AVG and I wish to discontinue its use. I do not want it to be automatically renewed on March 4th, 2019. However, I cannot find a way to stop this renewal.
