When you purchase an AVG subscription (formally known as "Continuing Protection Service"), the subscription will continue until you have canceled it. Customers will be billed 15 days prior to the start of the next subscription period. Customers will also receive an email regarding the automatic extension of their AVG subscription, 45 days prior to the start of the next subscription period.
Not to worry, I've cancelled the Auto Renewal and you won't be charged for it. Please feel free to contact us for any further assistance with AVG.
I do not want to renew my subscriptions and somehow got signed up for auto pay. How do i cancel this before it auto renews?
