Stopping Word documents from opening since downloading AVG Tune up

Did you optimize the computer using AVG Tuneup recently?

Please check whether the program is in Sleep mode.

Open the AVG TuneUp -> SpeedUp -> Background and startups -> "Programs Sleeping" check whether any programs related to Microsoft Word and awake it.

Then check for the issue again.

I downloaded AVG Tune up couple of days ago and now I cannot open Microsoft word documents - I am very busy and this is work stuff what has happened - Urgent
