Strange AVG's windows: "not recognizing the license" and "first scan"

Can you provide the screenshot of the page you're referring and the version of AVG? To find the version: Open AVG AntiVirus > Menu > About

I use AVG Antivirus FREE. For several days I have been shown a window with the information: "License error, AVG can not recognize the given license number." And options "Re-enter" and "Close AVG".  I am entering the AVG Antivirus Free subscription number, but the window identifies it as incorrect. There is also a second window with the information: "The first scan of the commuter. Run." Postpone in time. Are these AVG's orders? Is this "an incentive" to buy a paid version? Or maybe a virus? What should I do?
