Hi Nelson,
We will check this for you.
Kindly change the location in the AVG Secure VPN and check if it still happens.
Keep us posted.
I've just purchased the VPN and Password Protection. Suddenly I couldn't send email – could still check and receive it fine. I tried power cycling my router several times and rebooting the computer several times.
Checked for Charter outages in my area. Ran Diskmax and CC. Problem solved as soon as I disabled the VPN! Advice please – I'd rather not cash in either program, though I suspect I don't need either.
They were full-size when I captured and uploaded them. Full information from the 2nd one.

So now you have all the content. In case it's not already clear, things keep changing. I'm not getting those boxes anymore AT PRESENT but now can't email at all with the VPN on, so I've again turned it off.

Would you be so kind to clarify how you access emails. Is it through email client or browser?
