Streaming video

Since installing AVG Antivirus FREE I have problems with streaming video from the internet. It takes a long time for video to get ready to play, buffers for a very long time, and/or keeps stopping, buffering and starting again every minute or so. Any ideas? I watch a lot of streaming video so this is a pretty big problem for me. Thanks!

Open AVG->Open Internet Security->Go to menu->Settings->components->Choose customize option in firewall->Go to network profile->Change the connection to Private.

I don't show an Internet Security option. I'm using Windows 10 if that helps. I did go to the components settings but there was no option to go to a network profile or change the connection type.

We apologize for the issue caused to you and In this case please try to repair the AVG from the control panel. To repair the AVG please follow the below steps.
Start->control panel->Programs(Uninstall a program)->Select AVG and then repair it.
