Struggling to activate renewed license

I have renewed my license for the AVG Internet Security, but had to pay by EFT this time as the card previously used expired and was replaced by a new card. In the time it's taken to do that my subscription expired and I was left with the free version on my computer so I've since re-installed the AVG Internet Security again from your website, but can't seem to find where to insert my new license number to activate the new 2 year subscription. The info in my program when I click on 'About' and 'Subscriptions' does not give me an option to fill in the license number as shown on your website. Please help! When I log into my account on your website it also doesn't list any of the products I've previously purchased or my current subscription.
