I was charged for a renewal of AVG anti track this past Friday night and I asked for a refund but twice the representative stated I was asking for AVG tune up renewal refund from March 2020 and I clearly stated this is not the case. Instead of solving it they danced around it so I’ve had to reach out to PayPal. I guess one should watch renewals closer as there is no warning when your account gets charged-seems more about profit than customer care.

I am having similar difficulty with subscriptions being renewed and debited from my account well before the original subscription has expired - effectively paying twice!
