On checking, I am unable to locate any active AVG subscriptions under your AVG account.
I have sent an email requesting additional information. Please check the email and revert back to locate your subscriptions.
I am currently under a 30 day trial. I received an email stating I was going to be billed to continue so I am trying to cancel. It states to go to my account to cancel. I go to my account and I have NO Subscriptions to cancel. So it is nothing but a loop. When I am under a trial I have no subscription to cancel yet I get a notice they are going to start billing me. What is a person to do? This makes no since.
