It could be possible that the file has been moved to quarantine but the threat detection window might be frozen. Please close that window, open AVG Internet security, click Menu -> Quarantine and check if the file is there.
AVG behaviour shield detected a threat (installflashplayer.exe) and so I opted to moving the virus to Quarantine. It is now stuck in this position with the green bar moving back and forth, with no further progress. Is there any suggestion how to fix this, or should I just turn my computer off and hope for the best.
