Stuck on 'defragmenting' when I have disk fragmentation on AVG TuneUp

Hi, thanks for getting back. I have read that this issue can take upto 2-4 hours depending on your disk size. If I don’t get anything in 3-4 hours I’ll send you the screenshot

Ive tried reinstalling AVG TuneUP and and turned my pc off and on, ive tried to go to
control panel > programs > programs and features > AVG TuneUp > change 
AVG then pops up and i click repair and still nothing
